At Bont Skates, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused skates or accessories in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Bont

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
